Allies Unite Against Israel’s Gaza Offensive, Warn of Sanctions

Date:

The joint statement denounced Israel’s latest food aid measure as “wholly inadequate” and the overall suffering as “intolerable.” The leaders reaffirmed Israel’s right to defend itself but called the current escalation “disproportionate.” They also condemned settlement expansion in the West Bank, warning it undermines the viability of a Palestinian state. The international community, including the UN, has echoed calls for immediate, unrestricted aid access to Gaza.
